Gift vouchers are available at our 8 great outlets in denominations of $20, $50 and $100

When does my Gift Voucher Expire?
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.
How often should I clean my sofas?

How can I get a copy of the latest furniture bazaar catalogue?
You can download our specials catalogue from our website or you can contact us to register your details for a letterbox mailout
How can I purchase furniture if I can not visit the store?
Unfortunately as yet Furniture Bazaar does not offer online or mail order facilities. You will have to visit our stores for your purchase
When does the new catalogue come out?
Furniture Bazaar produces monthly specials with attractive offers and huge range of items
What software do I require to download catalogue?
You can download our specials catalogue from our website or you can contact us to register your details for a letterbox mailout
How long does it take for furniture to get delivered?
If the Stock is in and the invoice is fully paid for we would require 48 hours for the furniture to be delivered. Please call in store for the next available delivery date.
Can I pick up furniture from the store?
If the furniture is available at store than you can pick it up, or else you can pick it up from our central warehouse in Bentley.[9:00am to 5:00pm weekdays. Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm]
Do you deliver on weekends?
We provide delivery services on Saturday only
Can I pick up furniture after 5 PM?
Unfortunately our operating hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Saturday and our Ware house opens at 10:00AM & closes at 3:00PM.
Can I choose the exact time for the delivery?
We cannot promise the exact time of your delivery but our delivery drivers would call you 1 hour prior to delivery.
Do you deliver on 3rd floor?
We can deliver to the 3rd floor but additional charges apply, please call in store to find out
What are the lay-by terms?
We require a fortnightly payment on all lay-bys and lay-bys are valid for 1 month.
Does my furniture get reserved on purchase?
Upon receipt of 30% deposit the furniture will be reserved for you.
