Warehouse Operations and Delivery Services
We have warehouses located in both Perth and Melbourne, offering delivery services within these metropolitan areas and some regional areas. If a product shows as "Available" for pickup from the corresponding warehouse, it is in stock and can be picked up or delivered within 2-4 days. If the pickup option is not available at your chosen location, we will initiate a transfer between warehouses (at an additional cost). We aim to expedite this transfer once your order is processed. You will be contacted to schedule a convenient delivery day and time. Deliveries are conducted Tuesday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Delivery Charges
Estimated delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery location. Additional fees may apply.

Important Notice
Our delivery team is available to assist with carrying furniture upstairs or using lifts. However, a $30 fee is charged for each additional floor.
