Q. How do I find my nearest Store?

Q. Does Furniture Bazaar offer interest free terms?

A. Furniture Bazaar offers a range of payment options, so why not ask in store for details? Some conditions apply.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. Furniture Bazaar offers various payments options including cash, credit card and cheque, as well as various finance options. Please see the Payment Options page for full details.

Q. Who can help me with a particular product query?

A. Please contact your nearest store, Any of our sales assistants would be pleased to give you any product information that you require.

Q. How long does it take for furniture to get delivered?

A. If the product is in stock, not marked as an "Online Exclusive" product and the invoice is fully paid, we would require 48 hours for the furniture to be delivered. Please call in store for the next available delivery date. For "Online Exclusive" range products, please refer to the information provided in the shipping options at time of checkout.

Q. Can I choose the exact time for the delivery?

A. We cannot promise the exact time of your delivery but our delivery drivers would call you 1 hour prior to delivery. (Excludes "Online Exclusive" products)

Q. Can I pick up furniture from the store / central warehouse?

A. If the furniture is available at store than you can pick it up between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday (no pickups Thursday nights and Sundays), or else you can pick it up from our central warehouse in Bentley (9:00am to 5:00pm weekdays, Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm),

Q. Do you deliver on weekends?

A. We provide delivery services on Saturday only.

Q. Do you deliver on 3rd floor?

A. We can deliver to the 3rd floor but additional charges apply. Please call in store to find out.

Q. What are the lay-by terms?

A. We require a fortnightly payment on all lay-bys and lay-bys are valid for 1 month.

Q. Does my furniture get reserved on purchase?

A. Upon receipt of 30% deposit the furniture will be reserved for you.

Q. Are Furniture Bazaar gift vouchers available everywhere?

A. Gift vouchers are available at all of our great outlets in denominations of $20, $50 and $100

Q. When does my Gift Voucher Expire?

A. Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Q. How often should I clean my sofas?

A. This will depend on what type of sofas you have. Please view the Fabric Care page for more information.

Q. How can I get a copy of the latest Furniture Bazaar catalogue?

A. You can download our specials catalogue from our website or you can contact us to register your details for a letterbox mailout.

Q. When does the new catalogue come out?

A. Furniture Bazaar produces monthly specials with attractive offers and a huge range of items.

Q. How can I give suggestions or comments?
