This occurs because some products may have similar or identical names to others, especially when it comes to products from brands like Artiss, Giselle Bedding, Giantz, etc. The renaming is undertaken to help our customers differentiate between items and find what they are looking for more easily.
2. Unchanged Product Specifications
Despite any renaming that may occur, please be assured that the fundamental characteristics of the product—such as its description, color, and dimensions—will remain as they are clearly displayed on the product listing online. The renaming process solely affects the name under which the product is listed on our website and does not indicate any modification or change to the product itself.
3. Variations in Brand Names on Packaging
Please be aware that due to our renaming policy, the name or brand on the product packaging you receive may differ from the name listed on our website. This is due to a variety of factors including supplier naming conventions and brand name variations. We encourage customers to refer to the product description, color, and dimensions provided in the product listing online to understand the exact specifications of the product.
4. Customer Service
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the product names, or if you find any discrepancies in the product details, please feel free to reach out to our customer service. We are here to assist you and ensure you have a satisfactory shopping experience.
