Online Exclusive Delivery Timeframes
Our Online Exclusive items are delivered to your front door at ground level by our reliable courier partners. Please note that drivers are unable to enter your home.
Once your order has been processed at our partner warehouse, it will leave within 1-2 business days. While we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates or times, you will receive a tracking link upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • WA Metro: 7–14 working days
  • VIC Metro: 3–8 working days
  • NSW/SA/ACT/QLD Metro: 5–10 working days
  • TAS Metro: 7–14 working days
  • WA Regional: 10–20 working days
  • All Other AU Regional Areas: 7–14 working days

For Regional Areas, the displayed delivery fees are approximate, and additional charges may apply based on your suburb and the weight of the item(s). Our team will contact you within 48 hours with the exact delivery fee and further details.

Will All Items Be Delivered Together?
We aim to ship all items from a single order in one delivery. However, as items are dispatched via third-party couriers, they may be allocated different consignments per carton. This means that your order may arrive on separate days or via different couriers, depending on your location and the nature of the products.. If your order contains both Online Exclusive products and items from other collections, the shipping charges and timeframes for those will be specified at checkout.

Click & Collect
Unfortunately, Click & Collect is not available for our Online Exclusive range.

Returns & Cancellations
Please choose your items carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect decisions, or if the product cannot fit through your doors.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our online support team within 24 hours of placing your order by email at online@furniturebazaar.com.au or by phone at 0449 901 652. Please note that cancellations are subject to a 20% administration fee, and a credit voucher will be issued for the remaining balance.
We will not accept cancellations after this 24-hour window. In the event of a cancellation, a credit voucher for the remaining amount will be issued, valid for 6 months. This voucher can be used at any of our stores, but there will be no refund for any unused balance. Delivery charges will not be refunded if a delivery attempt has been made.

For products that are damaged or not fit for purpose, please refer to our Customer Support section on our website to make a claim. Our Customer Solutions team will support you throughout the process.

Return Shipping Costs
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items due to a change of mind. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable, irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your Order, and any additional shipping fees required to return the item to our Online Exclusive warehouse will be at your expense.
